1.Can I Do Quest That I Have Already Done Again?
2.After It Is Filled All The Way With 16 Primary Quest What Do I Do Next
3.Rank8 Is The Highest I Can Get With The Book Right

please answer these question and giv me more info you can

If you go to Guildwiki website and simply type in Hero's handbook there is a guide which gives you all of the above and more!

in normal, in hard mode you can get to 10

about the quest question do i simply just go back to the person that gives u the quest and do it again

1.Yes but be sure to have only one handbook that doesn't have the entry you want to add in your inventory. If you have a handbook with that entry filled, it might not go into the other one.

2. Turn it in to get reputation points, rinse and repeat with a new book.

3. After rank 8, you can only use hard mode handbooks.

You can do them as many times as you'd like.

Turn it in to earn rep points for which ever title track you're working on. See the provided link for applicable NPC's.

Yes. However, if you turn in a full book with 79,999 points, you'll get the full 20,000 points for the book.
